 From Scott Kruitbosch:
10/31/11 - Stratford, Stratford Point -- Over 40 species so far today including 1 VESPER SPARROW, 2 EASTERN MEADOWLARK, ~25 RED KNOT, 4 AMERICAN PIPIT, 2 Eastern Bluebird (very rare at the site), 1 Northern Harrier. Those Bluebirds plus some Savannah Sparrows and the American Pipits that flew in during the morning (that's rare itself) may have come down because of snow cover to the north. There are a couple inches left in north Stratford, but none at all here at Stratford Point.

Due to this weekend’s storm, the Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Glastonbury is closed until further notice. For any questions, please contact the State Office at (203) 259-6305 x 102.
