[CT Birds] Western Kingbird ID pitfalls

Given a current interesting bird in Massachusetts, plus the report of
a new Western Kingbird found by Wendy Knothe in Newtown today, I
figured it would make sense to point out that any Western-type
Kingbird should be scrutinized very closely to rule out similar
(rarer) species.

A Western Kingbird was reported from Massachusetts yesterday, but the
photos reveal an apparent Cassin's Kingbird with white edging to the
outermost rectrix. A really interesting bird and a reminder not to
rely on a single field mark to identify these things. Below is a link

Cassin's, Tropical, and Couch's Kingbirds should all be considered.
