[CT Birds] Actual real Snowy Owl Stratford Point

As an update,  I returned to Stratford Point about 3:45pm, and was told that a 
jogger flushed the owl from the bluff.  It flew across the river mouth to the 
offshore breakwater, where Paul Fusco and I were scoping it till sunset (about 
4:25).

I just found it 10 minutes ago. Miley isn't here and it moves. On rocks on Long 
Island Sound side sheltered from wind.
