For anyone interested in gulling at this site, here is more info.

Here's their website:

Anyone can get access during the hours of operation. **Just make sure
you drive to the drive-up window, or just park and walk into the
operator's building to ask permission to bird (they always say yes,
they just want everyone to check in). **Park as far out of the way as
you can.

The gulling is hit or miss. There are often many hundred gulls
present, but a curious eagle could ruin things. There are usually
anywhere from 500-2000 large gulls at any given time, often with
decent turnover. Not a ton of birds, but enough to occupy your time
and pull in something good. After noon seems to produce peak numbers
in my experience. Sometimes it takes a good few hours to find
something interesting (if at all)...there is turnover at the site as
the birds commute to/from the nearby river. "New" birds often appear
seemingly out of nowhere.
