Thanks everyone for the feedback.  The overwhelming answer was juvenile bald
eagle, which was a big surprise for me, as it marks the first time I've seen
one outside of captivity.

It's not a great picture.  I'm guessing maybe just a common red-tailed or
red-shouldered.  Taken on 12/9/2011 at Mountain Grove Cemetery in
Bridgeport, CT.
