[CT Birds] Suffield

>From what I hear, the pre-Halloween snowstorm took out the nets that kept the pheasants in at at least three places in CT that raise them for release.  The birds pretty much all escaped.  The ones I was told about were in Glastonbury, Sharon and Warren.  There may have been others.
