The YT Warbler made an appearance at 9:20 am and returned every 1/2 hour thereafter as of 11:00 am.

1/8/12 Pink-footed Goose seen at Broad Brook Pond at 11:00, back of the pond, up on the shore preening, pink bill clearly visible.

Hi everyone,

Does thistle seed go bad over time?  I've had some stored in an airtight container, but when I opened it this morning, I could the oil in it smelled a little rancid.  Does that matter?
