As a new Madison resident I also had a towhee in one of my bushes. This was 2 weeks ago. I did not see it before spooking it. But it was calling constantly for about 15 minutes before I checked it out. My new home is about 3 miles from Princess Drive.

Passing these along.

 From Larry Reiter:
Hi Roy - there was a great egret at Barn Island 3rd impoundment at 3 PM this afternoon, Wed. Jan. 25.  Out of season and maybe of interest to Big January birders.

 From David Keller:
January 25, 10:30 am
Stratford/Milford line, a bald eagle soaring just north of the Sikorsky Bridge on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross border.  Sighted from the bridge

 From Mike DiGiorgio, Madison.

The Yellow-throated Warbler was seen at Fox Chase Lane in Madison today at 10:30 AM. Also sporadically have two Eastern Towhees and an adult Yellow-bellied Sapsucker at my feeders here on Princess Drive, Madison.
