[CT Birds] Ellington Leucistic Hawk

I received an email from Jim Macione with links to photos of an all-white hawk that was thought to be a Snowy Owl.  Jim put pictures up on facebook.  This might be the same bird mentioned in an earlier CTBirds post.

JIm's message:

there was a snow owl in ellington (CT) this morning,  about 100ft off
route 89 this morning (between routes 286and140)
Cars were stopping to get a look, it was almost causing accidents as
there was not enough space.
Believe there is a second one in town too, a female (darker), but i
just saw the male near the road.
Ive seen them a few times before in nearby locations but the birds were distant.
Also saw a golden this weekend closer to somers line off egypt road.
Please keep at a distance.
