I am from the UK and have a keen interest in Bird Watching, I am familiar with the Haley Farm Area, I just wondered if you could provide me with a bit more information on exactly where we should be looking for Woodcock, your assistance would be appreciated.

Also seen: three Hermit Thrushes (winter lingerers or early migrants?), two bats that interacted in an aerial skirmish with hissing noises, and a Song Sparrow doing some sort of evening song reminiscent of Ovenbird. Never heard that before. Does anyone know if it is something they do or was it just one odd bird?
