[CT Birds] Assorted Reports: Which Snipe?

Just for the record and the fastidious readers the of this report the Snipe reported from the 2nd annual Timberdoodle tailgate event at Durham Meadows by John H. were Wilson's Snipe, not the eurasian Common Snipe, FYI from Bill Yule one of the MOB.

3/31/12 - Durham, Durham Meadows State Wildlife Area. -- 3 -4 AMERICAN WOODCOCKS, 2-3 COMMON SNIPE, 3 BLACK VULTURES.

04/01/12 - Naugatuck, Naugatuck State Forest -- singing Winter Wren, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.  Also several singing Pine Warblers, a couple of Palm Warblers, and several singing Field Sparrows.
