This morning-

7:30 am- Stratford, Fifth Ave. Beach- 50 Bonapartes Gulls just off shore.
Huge Gull swarm feeding in the middle of the Sound with a dozen Gannets

8:30 am- Bridgeport, Seaside Park west- 5 Bonapartes Gulls

9:30 am- Southport, Burying Hill Beach (to the west point) adult  
LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL continues, 1 immature SNOW GOOSE landed  
outside the wooden jetty.
750+ Scaup just off the beach in the cove.

Southport Beach- 150 Bonapartes Gulls

11:00 am- back to Stratford- huge Gull flock continues well offshore  
but a few small flocks working the shoreline- 35 Bonapartes Gulls,  
many Ring-billed Gulls.

Stratford boat ramp- 1 male Wood Duck in the greenway

3:30 pm- Stratford, Cove Place Beach- large flock of mostly  
Ring-billed Gulls on the shore stretching from Russian Beach to  
Stratford Point- many 1000's. 1 adult Bonapartes Gull

5:00 pm Guilford Harbor- small flock of Gulls on the sandbar off Grass  
Island including 1 adult ICELAND GULL (the same bird from Circle Beach)
