[CT Birds] Mourning dove behaving oddly

Sounds like a neuologic problem which could be caused by any of the following:
head trauma (e.g. hit by car, window strike), pesticide poisoning, West Nile Virus,parasites. Meredith SampsonOld Greenwich

What could cause a mourning dove to run backwards, hop backwards, run in
circles (also sometimes backward) with an occasional one sided wing
flutter, interspersed with normal ground feeding behavior?
