[CT Birds] Sandy Point Merlin

I saw a Merlin buzz over New Britain Stadium last week while attending a Rock Cats' game and, given the time of year, was wondering if it might have been a dispersal from one of those nearby nestings. I don't remember ever seeing one in CT in July before.

There are a few birds that are candidates for the next species to be
confirmed breeding in CT, and Merlin is high on the list. It's now actually
been confirmed breeding to the south of us, in NE Pennsylvania, and nearby
in Massachusetts.
