[CT Birds] Charter Oak Pass

Just a note for those birders who may not be aware, any CT resident over 65
can get a free Charter Oak pass from the DEEP, which allows you and anyone
else in your car to get into state parks for free. (There are a couple of
exceptions to the carload rule, such as Gillette Castle.) 

I was reminded of this by someone mentioning the entrance fee to Hammo.

Seniors can also get free passes to National Parks with the Golden Age
pass, available at the National Parks.
