I wasn't going to post this here, but since the bird's still there, this article I wrote has a photo of the spot where the bird has been seen, which might help folks by providing a search image for the right spot:

10/1/12 - Laurel Marsh, Manchester - CT Warbler at 12:50PM, usual place. Finally after many frustrated attempts!! A brief few seconds, but clear look at it. Late morning in SouthWindsor - Lincoln's Sparrow & Palm Warbler & Pipits at Vibert Rd and a N. Harrier & Imm. Bald Eagle at Newberry (Sta 43).
