[CT Birds] Bluff Pt This AM

6,500 American Robin at Bluff today, 10,600 at Lighthouse yesterday.
Every day I prove I'm no expert in population distribution, but I do know
...that's a whole load of Turdids...

A nice morning at Bluff Pt today ( Mon AM ) Winds from the W. Aside from lots of White-throats, Yellow-rumps, Chippies and Juncos, highlights were:
Approx. 6,500 American Robin, Orange-crowned Warbler,Vesper Sparrow, Black throated blue Warbler,2 Palm Warblers, Blue headed Vireo, Red eyed Vireo ,2 Osprey, Merlin.And of course, many Pine Siskins. Alas, not a Catbird to be seen...
