The CT hawk-watching season is far from over; it could go into the first week of December. Dress warmly. It's time to hone your "distant Red-shouldered Hawk vs distant Red-tailed Hawk" skills. This Friday (at Quaker Ridge, Boothe Memorial or Lighthouse) is an excellent time to start.
