Over 200 Canada Geese of 3 flocks, were in our pond, just as they briefly do
every year before migrating from this area. But this year, I watched as they
created separate groups, lined up exactly right and took off. Three groups,
each waiting until every goose was in position, flew off at different times.
It was amazing to watch the intricate pattern of the formation and the
communication and patience displayed.
