Subject: Northern Lapwing and "Oregon" Junco

I started my morning by driving from Worcester to Bridgewater where I was

rewarded with awesome views of the Northern Lapwing. After enjoying the

Lapwing I ventured back towards home and followed a tip from Tim Spahr

regarding an "Oregon" Junco being seen in Marlborough. Following some

searching, I was able to get very good comparative looks at the "Oregon" and

the "Slate-colored" juncos. Then on my way home I observed a flock of 19

Ruddy Ducks on Lake Williams in Marlborough. All in all a very good day to

be out birding.
