Passing these along.

 From Dan Rottino:
12/15/16 - Marlborough -- 8:30am to
10:00am, 1 Female PINE GROSBEAK in the crabapple at the intersections of
Rte 66 and So. Main Street. I arrived at the Subway just before 8:30
and parked facing East. The bird first flew into a tall deciduous tree
across the street from the fire dept and adjacent to the large Dunkin
Donuts sign. After a few minutes it descended into the 3rd crabapple
from the intersection next to Subway. It was viewed for 20 minutes at
which time a loud vehicle passing through scared it off and it returned
to the deciduous tree briefly, and then flew across the street to the
tall pine behind the fire station. It looked like a perfect Christmas
Tree ornament. After a few minutes it flew further back into the trees
next to the Middlesex hospital bldg. A casual search from the car did
not relocate it. The bird had not returned to subway as of 10:00am.
