12/17 Stratford, Stratford Point - One RAZORBILL at 10am flying east and then
landing among about 10 distant Scoters. Also 1 immature BLACK SCOTER flew SW.
Stratford, LI Sound from foot of Cove Place - RAZORBILL seen well with scope
10:35-10:43. It flew in from west and landed on water, diving 2-3 times, then
continued flying east. (Clearly a different individual than earlier). Also here
was a Bonaparte's Gull and a Merlin.
Stratford, Short Beach - 1 GREAT EGRET at golf course pond just south of park
Long Beach (gate was open) - 155 Common Goldeneyes, 220 Brant, 1 Black-bellied
Plover, 44 Dunlin, 10 Sanderlings.
Stratford, Birdseye boat ramp - 18 Am. Coot.

I looked for, for did not find, the previously-reported WHITE IBIS.
