[CT Birds] Winchester redpolls

I was there earlier with several other birders, covering c. 7:30-10 a.m., 
without any Hoary candidates. We too had a flock of c 50 C Redpolls that 
made several visits, allowing a good amount of time to look over the birds. 
We also had a group of about 20 a couple times.
