[CT Birds] GBBC results links morning update and missing birds list

I had two Canvasbacks at the Mill Pond at Sherwood Island SP yesterday.  I
just submitted the report through eBird a few minutes ago.  I had too many
Black Duck x Mallards, so it may not show up for a while.
