[CT Birds] Dead Red-shouldered Hawk

2/26 - In the left "gutter" of the Merritt Parkway in the New Haven area -
what appeared to be a Red-shouldered Hawk from the belly pattern, dead.  I
was expecting an owl, but that was not it.
