[CT Birds] Feeder Birds

My feeder has seen a flock of 10 tree sparrows visiting often for the last three weeks. Aggressive buggers muscling out the juncos and w-t sparrows. I still am searching for the fox sparrow that visited for a week last March.

Northern Flicker continues along with male and female Hairys and Downeys and Red-bellied Woodpeckers. Have had a number of Am Goldfinches at Nyjer feeder, and there appears to be molting into breeding plumage as they appear to be brightening up into their beautiful yellow.

On a separate note, a load of robins noted on neighbors lawn this morning. Yesterday 4 Black Vultures circling low over Black Rock Turnpike.
