4/24 Mondo Pond, Milford; 2 FOY Northern Parula Warblers on the north side of the little Pond (west of main pond), and first House Wren of the year singing on the west side of the main pond. Today 4/25, two were there singing in the same area. Also many Pine, Palm, and Yellow-rumped Warblers both days, and a couple Black-&-White Warblers, yesterday. Eastern Towhees have been around, and many Ruby-crowned Kinglets and Blue-gray Gnatcatchers; even a couple singing. A raven was calling from the south side of the little Pond today. Other interesting birds over the last few days include, 19 Rough-winged Swallows, a singing male Rusty Blackbird, and a Field Sparrow.

Frank Gallo,
Life is short. Bird often.
