[CT Birds] Cicada swarm year

Keep your eyes on the sky for Swallow-tailed Kites.  Not my theory but upon
checking records on swallow-tailed kite appearances in CT at the request of
a Yale FES student back in 2005, the sightings did, lo and behold,
correlate quite nicely with Cicada outbreaks.
