[CT Birds] cormorant

I had one at Falkner Island once a bit later than that as a fly by.  I don't remember the date though, but reported it at the time.

It wouldn't surprise me if we have had a later date of occurrence in Spring in the intervening 27 years. If a Great Cormorant is in alternate plumage it is a fairly straight forward identification.
