New Haven Bird Club Field Trip
River Road, Kent

Wednesday, May 15, 2013 (8:35 A.M. – 1:35 P.M.)

Cool conditions changing from bright sun to persistent light rain and back to sunny.  A total of 77 species.  Thanks to all, especially to Frank Mantlik for his many contributions.

Species missed today but seen yesterday included:  Mute Swan, Double-crested Cormorant, Great Blue Heron, Red-tailed Hawk, Eastern Kingbird, Purple Martin, Bank Swallow, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Blackpoll Warbler, White-throated Sparrow, Orchard Oriole.
