For those of you who 
weren't listening to the BBC at 5 am this morning, Margaret Rubega (your state ornithologist!) was featured
 talking about the chimney swifts in Willimantic.  The piece is the lead story in the first episode in a new series "that looks at the crunch point between human population and the natural world".  You can listen to the entire show here (Margaret's piece is near the beginning):
