Off topic, but maybe of interest. A chance to see (and smell) the largest flower in the world (the biggest can be taller than I am) at the UConn greenhouses. Details below.

> Good morning,
> EEB's latest Corpse Flower is now only a few days away from blooming. Daily updates will be posted to the greenhouse Facebook page at:
> I'm leaning toward a bloom early next week, but a weekend bloom is not out of the question. We'll know mid to late afternoon on the day of blooming and will update via Facebook when that happens. Help us spread the word, tell your friends etc.
> The greenhouses will open for special evening hours on the night of bloom. Until then, we will be closed Thursday for the holiday, open 8-4 on Friday, closed on the weekend unless it blooms, then resuming regular hours next week.
> Have a great 4th!
