[CT Birds] Rocky Hill Meadows

8/27 - there is finally water in the meadows and the birds are starting to appear.  I had a yellowlegs, a Pectoral Sandpiper, and about 10 Least Sandpipers. Also a kestrel.  I had a report that earlier some Solitary Sandpipers were there.

There is a big puddle in a field on Great Meadows Rd near the motorcross road intersection, this is where all the birds were being seen. Hope the buff-breasted shows up soon.
