[CT Birds] Eurasian Wigeon, Red-necked Grebe Stratford

11/6  - at 4:30 Tom Murray and I could not locate the Grebes nor the Wigeon, but we did see 4 female Black Scoters near Stratford Point.
Two BLSC are at Stratford Point now 11/7.
