[CT Birds] birded NW corner today

Went out today to look for a Snowy Owl here in the NW corner. 
Colebrook Res:
Mallards and 12 Black Duck
1 C Merganser
loads of Bluejay - 40 in one clump.
Huge flock of Goldfinch, 
2 Pine Siskin within.
Back to back rds  -Colebrook, N Canaan, 
lots of Junco
some White-t-Sparrow
Salisbury -Twin lakes
30 Coot
6 Black duck - thats it!
Beaver pond rd:
Only 70 Ringneck Duck left.
2 late Wooduck
Wala! Cobble rd Falls Village, I see a white object far off in a tree.
 Out scope! See a big white plastic bag hooked on tree - 
Plastic bag one, Snowy zero...
Torrington Reservoir - 
22 Ring-n-Duck
6 Rusty Blackbird in swamp in tree.

Went 85 miles through the NW corner and this is what i saw.
