Are there laws against walking on public streets with binoculars? I cant wait to see what militia gets called when i show up decked out in total camouflage and carrying a monster telephoto lens. Maybe i should paint my face as well...

I did run into a very angry resident who did not appreciate me walking around with binoculars. I would recommend giving up on the bird. I also apologize to Nick Ferrauolo as it was not my intention to scare anyone.
