'Like San Juan Capistrano's Mission Swallows, or Turkey Vultures at Gettysburg.

It's truly amazing how some birds return to the same spot, year after year.

Subject: [CT Birds] Trumpeter Swan, Konold's

From Frank Mantlik,
2/20 - New Haven?/Woodbridge?, Konold's Pond - Adult TRUMPETER SWAN continues on pond with two Mute Swans and variety of ducks and gulls. Also 2 Common Ravens, adult Peregrine, Black and Turkey Vultures. I had decent scope views from atop snow pile at end of Bradley Rd. off Rt 69.
