[CT Birds] bird tool use

Sure!  There was a famous one in Miami that used to fish with pellets 
that tourists bought from vending machines to feed the pond fish.  The 
heron would gently drop the pellet in the water, then assume the 
stalking position and wait to nab a small fish.  Mary Mushinsky, Wallingford
