[CT Birds] Bird survival in harshest winters

We should be careful about putting out "chicken bones, fat," and a lot of
other things for birds that would also attract coyotes and bears to
suburban yards.  West Hartford, a heavily populated suburb, has plenty of
coyotes. And they eat cats and dogs.
