5/17/14: Marginal Drive, West Haven -- Nashville, Wilson's (2) and Canada warblers, along with several late yellow-rumped warblers

5/17/14: Along Jewel Street, New Haven, in one of the Orthodox Jewish cemeteries there -- prairie warbler

5/17/14 Back yard, New Haven -- Swainson's thrush, bay-breasted and Wilson's warblers

General note: birds were widely disbursed through neighborhoods and cemeteries in New Haven; among other observations, ovenbird and scarlet tanager on Bassett Street, Northern parula and black-throated green warbler in Grove Street Cemetery, prairie warbler on Jewel Street, and Tennesse warblers every few blocks in the Prospect Hill and East Rock neighborhoods.
