[CT Birds] East Rock blue grosbeak, hooded warbler

I haven't researched the works of Patrick Comins and Joe Zeranski, but perhaps this is a new bird for CT SBCs?

Also, hooded warbler seen and heard singing at Trowbridge Drive, near the beginning where the traffic circle is blocked off by rocks. Nester?
