[CT Birds] West Hartford black vultures

Not unusual at all, black vultures are no longer unusual in the Farmington Valley/West Hartford area.  Breeding has been confirmed.  Now, where were they on the Hartford Summer Bird Count??!!!

I had what I believe are three Black Vultures circling over Avon Mountain.  They 
had short wedge shaped tails and I could not see white on the wings, and they 
were not tipping at all.  This would be unusual,  right?
