[CT Birds] Avocet coincidence?

In addition to the adult AMERICAN AVOCET found 7/14 (mid-afternoon) at Milford Point by Frank Gallo and Jesus Tirado, there was another adult Avocet (or the same?) found 7/14 at 7:30 am at Croton Point Park on the Hudson River in Westchester County, New York by Larry Trachtenberg. Larry reported that the bird had flown by 8:30am. A photo here:

Also, it may pay to carefully check every Mourning Dove, as there are currently WHITE-WINGED DOVES in New Jersey and Massachusetts. And it was July 12 last year when I discovered one in Stratford.
