Today in Hartland a Broad Winged Hawk flew right in front of my car about two feet off the ground with a snake in his talons and landed along side the road before flying into the woods. Also in Hartland an early WILSON's WARBLER. In Barkhamsted a Black Billed Cuckoo. Also in Barkhamsted Black Bear and 2 fawns. The two fawns approached quite close until they turned around and ran. One of them was a partial albino about half white! B T W 13 warbler species today.
