I also still have a few female hummers and they do spend a lot of time in 
the flowers, and especially seem to like the blue salvia at this time of 
year, and they also come to the feeders.

I still have 2 immature or female hummers scoping out the flowers and sugar 
water feeders. It's nice to see as in the past they've been gone by the 
7/8th of the month.
I also have a female goldfinch with severe conjunctivitis. Nothing much I 
can do for her but it's sad to see.
