Please consider helping out a student in my lab with her great work on fruit eating birds. See message below for details.

Please also pass on this message to anyone else you think might be able to help.

> We need your help!
> We are seeking photographic observations of wild birds feeding on berries and other fruits. We prefer the bird in the act of consuming the fruit, but we also welcome any picture of a bird perched on or near a fruiting plant. The fruiting plants can be wild or cultivated, native or invasive. No feeders please. We want birds and plants within North America. Please submit your photographs to iNaturalist: http://www.inaturalist.org/projects/birds-and-berries
> No photographs to submit? Test your ID skills by identifying or verifying the identifications of the birds and plants in other peoples' submissions!
> Many birds rely on berries as a food source, especially in the fall and winter months in North America and many of these plants rely on birds to disperse their seeds. Yet we do not know nearly enough about this relationship, particularly all of the species involved. Please help us collect this information!
