[CT Birds] Windsor Broad-wings

Was watching for hawks this afternoon from the homestead. Things were quite slow, but then about 4pm Broad-wings began to appear from the northeast. Soon there were hundreds of them. They kettled over the house, then headed towards the southwest. By 4:30, they were gone.

CT Birders,

I'm visiting my family here in Windsor from the Southeast. First, let me say that I am impressed with the quality of the birding community up here! I had a pair of Ravens being harassed by a Red-shouldered Hawk along with about 6 Blue Jays. As far as I could tell Ravens are uncommon outside of the northwest part of the state.
