[CT Birds] Late Nesters?

I saw a recently fledged bluejay yesterday -- very surprised but I guess they had a late clutch!

I seem to have a big flock of Tufted Titmice at my feeders.  Some of the birds act and look (to my untrained eye) as very young, fresh from the nest birds.  Their feathers are a bit spread open and they fly low.  Is it possible with the abundance of food this summer, that some species went for another round of brood later than "normal"?
