[CT Birds] "Fluffy" baby bird at feeders

It looks to me as if it is a House Finch with the beginnings of the
bacterial eye disease that was so prevalent a few years ago, as the eye
appears slightly closed and swollen.  I remember some of those birds
fluffed up on the feeder.  I hope I'm wrong.
