It appears the snow shook things up a bit. Today, at my feeders, a striking male Eastern Towhee showed up for the first time all winter. Also sort of neat, a Hermit Thrush is roosting in a rhododendron in an office park down the street from my house for the past three nights. I have seen it there each evening. There is a berry- laden holly next to it where it feeds.
